Can I personalise my order? Yes! Most of our products can be personalised with a name of your choice. Simply enter the name you'd like in the personalisation box on the product page before adding to your basket. Please double-check your spelling - as everything is made to order, we're unable to make changes once your order is placed.

How long will my order take? We typically dispatch orders within 48 hours. During busier periods this may vary - you can always find our most up-to-date dispatch times at the top of our home page. Delivery is then typically 2–3 working days via Royal Mail.

Do you offer custom designs? We love a challenge! If you can't find your breed or animal in our range, get in touch - we're always open to custom design requests and adding new animals to our collection. Drop us a message and we'll see what we can do.

What are your products made from? Our products are crafted from high-quality wood, laser-cut and finished in our Wiltshire studio. As with all natural materials, there may be slight variations in grain and shade - we think that's what makes each piece unique.

Can I return or exchange my order? Because our products are made to order and personalised, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or faulty. If there's an issue with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it and we'll make it right.

I have a question that isn't answered here — how do I get in touch? You can reach us via the contact form on our website and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. We're a small team, but we always aim to respond within 1–2 working days.
